AMR Agency Networks are an outgrowth of the roundtable experience. Agency principals and senior management, like you discover the benefits of meeting with the same peer group every six months.
Members for each group are selected on business practices and geographic location to avoid competitive conflicts.
The network serves as a forum to monitor agency results and compare them to like firms. Each meeting provides exposure to national and international speakers on topics chosen by the group. Group members are able to collaborate on issues and get assistance on new business development, staffing, operational processes and much more. These groups become a board of advisors to members.
